I calm and soothe my body by slowing down and not compromising my connection. Everything else follows. I am blessed to be alive and in trust.

Earth’s call is to harmonise the pain within, burning through any and all karmic density of disconnection and trauma. To be present to creativity and magic. Integrated shadow, knowing of darkness and conscious choosing of love’s expression. Control fades into a vast ocean, where nothing holds and everything gets washed away and recycled in the universe.
To let oneself be true. Return home to loving generosity and divine grace. Felt within a merciful and resilient heart, not broken, but always regenerating.
New human codes download. Evolutionary shift in consciousness, expressed in form, new DNA, mutations and higher states of being. Love, flow, joy and ecstatic bliss become normalised. Creativity, ease and wellbeing through love, acceptance and connection become the new normal. We are not alone here, universal belonging and intergalactic communities. No longer isolated and living in controlled forgetfulness.
